*Nursery fees – Whilst the minimum fee covers five sessions per week it is at your discretion how many sessions your daughter attends. We do encourage at least three sessions and for one of those sessions to be Monday morning as this is when new sounds, concepts and topics are introduced. Nursery hours are:
Morning sessions 8.20am – 12.15pm
Afternoon sessions 12.15pm – 3.30pm (including Lunch)
A monthly instalment arrangement plan is available upon request.
Larks (including breakfast) – £5.00 per morning
Owls – from £3.50 per session (including light snack at 4.45pm)
A non-refundable registration fee of £100 is required. A deposit of £1000.00 is payable when a place is accepted, of which £250 is refundable against the first term’s fees. The remaining £750 is refunded when a child leaves normally at the end of year VI, and the repayment is subject to any other final term’s deductions.
These figures are subject to change at any time.
We offer a sibling discount for girls with an older sister already at Charlotte House. The discount applies to the tuition fee only and maybe varied by the school at any time. The current discount is 3% for a second child and 5% for a third. Free childcare (Sisters’ Club) is offered for younger girls whose normal school day finishes earlier than their older sibling.
Charlotte House School can only accept Childcare Vouchers or Tax-free Childcare payments for childcare and not education. In terms of private education this only applies to children under 5 (end of first term following their 5th birthday). For older children, Childcare Vouchers can be used to pay for activities or clubs that take place on the school premises outside of school hours i.e. Larks or Owls.’
