FORM I
In Form I, we have spent the week learning about exactly what mental health is. We based a lot of our learning around the story, ‘Ruby’s Worry’. This story shows us exactly what happens if we keep our feelings bottled up inside, and the amazing changes that can come from talking to people in order to share our worries. Form I came up with some amazing ideas about ways that we can keep our mind feeling positive, bright and determined, but we all agreed that the most important thing you can do is… reach out and TALK to someone you trust!
FORM II
In Form II we have been focusing on Working Together to support each other in our learning. We have taken on challenges; to learn a new dance, poem or language with a partner or group of friends. We were all amazed by how much fun it was to learn together.

FORM III
Form III took on the Jerusalema Dance Challenge for Children’s Mental Health week! The challenge aimed to inspire children to feel good and have fun in unison through this popular dance phenomenon. See how the girls got on by watching their video.
Form IV have been discussing how it is beneficial for our mental health to share our feelings, experiences and emotions by playing a board game called ‘Our Emotions.’
FORM VI
Form VI have been thinking about how many ways we are connected to each other in our class. We played a game to show this! Our paper chains showed how many connections we have.
We have also been practising different ways of calming ourselves using mindful activities.
